Your account

You need an email address and a password, and you must be old enough to agree to this where you live. One person, one account. Your handle is yours while you use it; a handle that impersonates somebody else is not.

What you post is yours

You keep everything you write, make and upload. You give us permission to show it to the people you posted it to — which for a public post means anybody, including search engines, because reading here needs no account.

That permission ends for future display when you delete something. It cannot reach copies other people already saw or saved.

What you make with the models

Prompts you write go to a model provider to be answered. What comes back is between you and whichever provider answered — their terms apply to it as well as ours, and those terms differ by model.

Do not put anything in a prompt you would mind a third party processing.

What we can do

We can remove content, and suspend or close an account, when this agreement or the guidelines are broken. We will tell you why.

We can change these terms. Material changes get notice before they take effect, not after.

What we cannot promise

That the service is always up, that a model gives a good answer, or that anything you read here is true. Other people wrote most of it.

This is early software provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what it costs you when it fails.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you want and your content goes with it. We can close an account for the reasons above. Either way, the sections about ownership and liability survive.
