What this is

Nadary is a small social app for people who already know each other. You need an account. You must be 16 or older.

It is provided as it is. We will try to keep it running and we will tell you plainly if we cannot.

What you write

Your posts, trails, plans and messages are yours. You keep every right you had in them.

You give us permission to store them and to show them to the people you chose to show them to — nothing wider, and nothing for advertising.

What leaves, and when

A post you write with the default lifespan leaves other people twenty-four hours after you post it. Not at midnight — twenty-four hours from the moment you wrote it.

A post you choose to keep does not leave. It stays on your profile, and it may reappear in the feeds of people who follow you some time later, always labelled as old.

A trail leaves other people when you end it. The card it leaves behind follows the same two choices as a post.

None of this is deletion. See Privacy.

Being here

Do not post other people without their say-so, do not use this to harass anyone, and do not automate accounts.

We can suspend an account for those things. We will say why.

Leaving

You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and take your things with you when you go. What that does, exactly, is in Privacy.
